From the corner of Van Nuys & Victory, our trucks reach most addresses in the Valley inside a 30-minute ETA. Need somewhere outside that radius? Just ask — we travel for the right job.
Three Rules. Zero Exceptions.
This is how Terry built the company in 1992 — and how we still run it today. Anything less and we don't deserve your call.
Honest Diagnosis
We tell you what's wrong, what it costs, and whether it's worth fixing — before we touch a wrench. If a $300 repair on a 14-year-old machine doesn't pencil out, we'll say so. No upsells. No invented problems.
Mission-First Service
You called because something's broken. Our job is to fix it — fast, clean, and right the first time. Boots covered. Drop cloth down. Site cleaner than we found it. And we don't leave until it works.
Built-To-Last Repairs
We use OEM parts. We torque to spec. We replace adjacent components that are about to fail, only if we tell you first. Every repair carries a 90-day labor + 1-year parts warranty. If it breaks again, we make it right.
Five Stars.
Earned, Not Bought.
"Sub-Zero went down on a Saturday with a packed freezer. Terry's tech rolled up in two hours, diagnosed a bad evaporator fan, had the part on the truck, and we were back running before dinner. No song and dance, no upsells. Just a guy who knows what he's doing."
"I called three places. Two wanted to come out 'tomorrow afternoon' and charge a $129 trip fee. American Appliance gave me a window, showed up on time, fixed my Wolf double oven on the spot, and the total was under what the other two wanted just to look at it."
"Veteran-owned matters to me. Terry's crew treats your house like it's their grandmother's — boots covered, mat down, leave it cleaner than they found it. Fixed my Miele washer drum bearing for half what the dealer quoted."
"Thermador double oven, both bake elements out, three weeks before Thanksgiving. The dealer said six weeks for parts. American Appliance had it sorted in five days because Terry knew which warehouse would have them. Saved my holiday."
